Delivery

We offer FREE delivery, for all orders above R500, excluding metal works, and oversized and heavy objects. We have an agreement with a courier service and certain items fall outside their specifications hence you may be charged to deliver these items.

Some products may qualify for FREE delivery regardless of the value. Please look out for the FREE DELIVERY INCL badge.

Terms and Conditions

1.  We make use of 3rd party delivery services. You will be supplied with a tracking number for your parcel via e-mail.
2. Deliveries are only done from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Deliveries will not be made on public holidays unless specific arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
3. No items will be released unless paid for in full unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items not paid for in full remain the property of ActionPrint.
4. Prices may change without prior notice and are subject to courier company rates.
5. Kindly note not all items can be couriered. Please confirm before you order!
6. You may request that we combine several orders to qualify for free delivery.
7. You may request that we split an order and deliver the split parcels to different locations. If the total value of any divided parcel is less than the free delivery amount, the delivery fee will apply. For example, if the amount to qualify for free delivery is R500 and your total order value is R800. If you split the order into two parcels, to the value of R500/R300 then only one parcel qualifies for free delivery. If you split the order to R400/R400 then both orders incur a delivery charge.
8. We reserve the right to change a delivery fee for any item that does not fall within our standard courier delivery criteria and may require special or additional delivery fees.
9. We reserve the right to charge for items that require delivery to remote, distant, or high-risk areas.
10. We are not in charge of the delivery company’s schedule. We do not know the exact time they will deliver your parcel. The delivery time may be affected by factors like the number of parcels a driver needs to deliver, the traffic, and the distance he/she needs to travel to deliver all parcels. Breakdowns, hi-jacking, and flats are also a factor.
11. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or additional charges due to any of the following reasons
    1. If you, or someone who may receive your parcel on your behalf, is not available at the time of delivery, during the delivery hours as stated above and you did not make special arrangments before your delivery.
    2. If the delivery address does not match the delivery address as stated on the order and no special arrangements have been made and confirmed.
    3. If the driver can not find you, a reasonable attempt will be made to contact you. If we can not reach you using the contact details on your profile and/or you do not respond,
    4. If your address is not clearly marked or difficult to find, and you did not inform us of any complications before your delivery
