Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
How to cancel and order and request a refund
- Email your request stating your order number, reason for your request and banking details to our accounts department
- We will review your request and investigate your reason. Depending on the complexity of the order, this process may take a several working days to complete. We will always try to find a solution.
- If you have approved any artwork with mistakes, we are not obligated to refund you as you had the opportunity to correct these mistakes before we procduced teh product. Even if you sent us the design, things may still go wrong during setup, hence why we send proof designs.
- We also need to determine how far along in the process you order is. It may be printed already. If any items was produced or complete, we will not refund the value of the item.
- If you have received a product that matches your order specifications but it is not what you intented or expected to order, unfortunately we can not refund you. It is crucial that you correct any mistake on your order before we start producing the items. We follow the specifications as per the order and other instructions recorded before the item went into production.
- We reserve the right to keep 10% of the order value to cover any time and admin spent on your order.
- We will gladly exchange any product that does not match the product you have ordered
