Nametags Size & Shape

We offer pre-cut plastic name label sizes allowing us to produce your nametags in a shorter period. However, we can manufacture custom badges in most sizes and shapes.

For domed nametags we use a transparent liquid resin, hardening in 5 hours, to form a glass-like finish. Domed office tags not only look more high-end but also make the name tag names more durable.

Magnetic name badges have a magnetic strip at the back to attach the magnetic nametags to your garment. A pin or brooch is also available as an option.

Nametag Prices

To make things easier for yourself, we offer various sizes at the same price. Our standard name tag prices become cheaper the more you order. We offer a group discount, for really high quantities.

We do manufacture custom badges. Due to the process, custom nametags are more economical at higher volume. Engraved name badges are also more expensive than printed badges, due to the nature of the process.

How do I create a name tag template?

You can design a name tag template in your favourite design software or even use Word or PowerPoint. Alternatively, you can download our free name tag template from our website.

Name Tag Name Designs

As a name badge company, we offer company name badges printing in full colour. We therefore can print your brand colours and designs on your namebadges. For full colour or highly detailed logos with small text, we recommend using a white background as this improves the contrast of your design and the legibility of your design.

If you require your office badge for workers to have a gold or silver background, we will gladly assist you.

Please bear in mind that a gold and silver background may affect the colours in your design. Any light colours may not be clear for example, a yellow will not be very visible on a gold background and light grey may not be visible on a silver background.

We recommend using darker colours should you wish to use a gold or silver background for your tags. As an experienced name tag printer, we found darker colour easier to read.

A nametag size can be small, do not add any more detail than what is needed. Someone standing in front of you should be able to read your name at a glance and not have to stare and search for it.

We are welcome to supply your design or layout. Should you not have a design, simply supply us with the names, company colours and logo. We will prepare a layout and send a proof design for your approval.

High Quantity Name Tag Name Orders

Should you require a large quantity of company name badges printing with various names and job titles to be manufactured, do not worry, our professional name tag name software will generate the designs from a list of names you supply us. You can supply the list of names in an email or a spreadsheet. We will use the name tag name software and merge it into the name tag template
